Searched for flights on various date/time combinations.
Enabled automatic price alert to notify me when ticket price reaches a preset amount.
Purchased ticket from my laptop with a few clicks.
Sent notifications to different people via various communication apps.
Changed flight from my phone during a teleconference meeting.
Booked transportation for a date in the near future from my phone while walking to another meeting.
At no point did I have to talk to anyone, and I now have electronic records of all the transactions archived for easy reference and search.

This convenience frees up more time to sit in a coffee shop (or bookshop, or restaurant, or library…) chatting with people. It enables human connection, if you let it.
